Discovery
We start every project with a discovery call where we discuss your scope, design goals, investment, and timing. If we are a good fit for each other, the next step is an onsite consultation. This allows us to see the spaces in person, gather more information and meet you! From this consultation, we create a formal estimate of what our design fee will cost for the project.

Design 
Once you decide to move forward, we collect a retainer and hit the ground running! We measure the spaces in detail, create floorplans, start sourcing, and present you fully-realized design concepts to select from. Once everything is finalized and agreed upon, we create a permit-ready set of drawings and a material packet. These are so detailed that your contractor can work off of these documents to complete your project.

Production
We are with you throughout the entire construction process to ensure the design is being executed correctly as well as to answer any questions that may come up during the process.
